Learned APP has tendered across the Bar a report prepared by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Upon perusal of the contents of the application addressed to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice by the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner has made grievance against the Police Inspector, Shirdi Police Station for harassment of his parents by calling them to the police station. 3.

The said grievance cannot be redressed in the writ petition. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority including the Deputy Superintendent of Police / Superintendent of Police by way of filing an appropriate application. In case such application is filed, the concerned authority shall decide the same in accordance with law. 4.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
