By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the interim order dated 6.11.2014 passed by Industrial Court, Kolhapur below Exhibit-(U-2) in Complaint (ULP) No.130 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the respondent org.complainant makes a statement that the complainant withdrew the complaint itself on 15.11.2016.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Same is disposed of as infructuous.
