1] The rejection of the objections raised by the petitioners abovenamed in each of the petitions to the inclusion of the name of the delegate of the concerned society to participate in the election to the respondent No.1 bank, which has been rejected by the Returning Officer and which rejection has been confirmed in Appeal by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Coop.Societies by orders dated 20th March 2015 is taken exception to by way of the above petitions.

2] Having regard to the reasons for which the objections filed by each of the petitioners has been over ruled, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out, as an enquiry, if any, would entail an enquiry into facts. With the liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings, if the occasion so arises in future after the elections are over, the above petitions are dismissed.
