We accept the statement of the advocate appearing for the respondent No.1, made on instructions, that the respondent No.1 will not move to take any coercive steps, including taking possession of the immovable property and which would be only in terms of an order under section 14(1) of the SARFAESI Act. No such measures would be taken for a period of four weeks is the statement made on instructions. We accept the same as an undertaking given to this Court.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition does not survive and it is dismissed.
