The breach alleged in this Contempt Petition is of the order dated 12th December 2012 in Writ Petition No.4245 of 2012. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that considering the pendency of this petition, structure complained of has been demolished.

Thus, there is a substantive compliance with the order of this Court by the second respondent. Hence, no case is made out to proceed under the Contempt of Court Act,1971. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
