At the outset, learned APP states that this Court (CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) vide Order dated 16.11.2016 had disposed of the Application of co-accused - Ajay Rajendra Pawar on the ground that the trial had already commenced, in as much as charge has been framed. Vide the said order, this Court had directed the learned Sessions Judge to conclude the recording of evidence, as far as possible, within one year from the date of receipt of the order.

In view of the said order tendered today, passed in B.A.No.1408 of 2016, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application. Needless to state, that the learned
BA 826-17.doc Sessions Judge shall comply with the Order dated 16.11.2016 and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of the Order dated 16.11.2016. 3.
Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
