Heard leaned counsel for applicant and learned APP. 2.
Limited prayer in the application is to modify the order of this court dated 25.1.2019 by which applicant is directed to furnish one local surety to the extent of Rs.25,000/. Learned counsel submits that, the said order be modified directing applicant to furnish one or more sureties. In the circumstances, application is allowed directing applicant to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/ with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.
Application is thus disposed off.
