The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any steps/action against the illegal construction / alteration / unauthorized user by Respondent Nos.4 to 8 on the ground and first floors of the building known as Ramdas Tower at Thane.

The Corporation is directed to consider the grievances of the Petitioners and if the same are found to be correct, forthwith take action in accordance with law. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.
