1] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the parties herein have arrived at an amicable settlement and have entered into Consent Terms. He tendered across the bar the Consent Terms dated 28th March 2019 duly signed by the applicant and the first informant. Their signatures have been verified by their respective Advocates. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2] In view thereof, the applicant is entitled to be protected by prearrest bail. Hence, the following Order:- 1/2
aba.728-2019.doc (i) In the event of arrest in CR No.304 of 2018 registered wih Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
