Counsel for the petitioner on instructions made a motion for withdrawal of the petition, as it is claimed that in the amnesty scheme declared by the State Government the issue is already resolved.

Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Viral Vora submits that in compliance with the statement made on 21st June, 2021 amount of Rs.21,68,400/- was deposited which may be permitted to be withdrawn.
