Heard the learned counsel for the parties in both the petitions.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent on instructions state, that the parties i.e. the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into Consent Terms dated 07.10.2017. They submit that the said consent terms are filed Borey 1/2

spb/ 908wp1472-1473.odt in M.J. Petition No.A-558 of 2016 in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. A xerox copy of the said consent Terms is taken on record.
