Today when the matter came up for hearing, without going into the merits of the matter we are inclined to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No. 8 - Special District Social Welfare Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal dated 27th July, 2007 (Exhibit T) submitted by Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 before him.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits of the matter, we dispose of this Petition by Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-20-wp-6533-2016 directing Respondent No. 8 to consider and take appropriate decision within three months in accordance with law if there is no legal impediment.

The Petitioners to appear before Respondent No. 8 on 31st August, 2016.
