The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present Revision Application, the applicant has filed an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.), before the Family Court Nashik. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant thus seeks leave to withdraw the present Revision Application. Leave as sought is granted. The Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The Family Court Nashik shall endeavor to decide the application filed by the applicant under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
