This Appeal from Order is filed assailing an order dated 8 February, 2016 passed by the learned Judge of City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Borivali Division, Mumbai on a Draft Notice of Motion whereby the ad-interim relief has been granted.

None appears for the appellant when the matter is called out. From the record, it appears that the appeal has been preferred by the third party, namely, the appellant, who is not party to L.C. Suit No. 387 of 2016 and has assailed the ad-interim order dated 8 February, 2016 passed by the learned Judge of the 18 January 2023
