This Family Court Appeal arises out of order dated 23rd February 2018 passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court 5, Pune. By the said order the request of the Appellant to issue arrest warrant against the Respondent and to detain him in civil jail till he clears arrears was rejected as not maintainable.
