This application is preferred seeking permission to travel to Canada for attending the Convocation Ceremony of Applicant's son at Thompson Rivers University at Kamlopps, B.C. Canada. As per the order passed by this Court, the learned A.P.P. was directed to verify whether the Convocation Ceremony is really scheduled on 8th June 2016. 2.

Today, learned A.P.P. submits a communication dated 25th May 2016 received from the said University confirming that the Convocation Ceremony is actually scheduled on 8th June 2016. In view thereof, the 1/2 APPA-473-16.doc

permission is granted to the Applicant to travel to Canada for attending the Convocation Ceremony of his son at Thompson Rivers University at Kamlopps, B.C. Canada.

As a necessary corollary, 'No Objection' is also granted for reissuance of Passport to the Applicant, as per the rule, subject to the condition that the Applicant shall submit the Itinerary of his travel / journey, the details of his stay at Canada, including the phone numbers, mobile numbers and detailed address. As per the Itinerary, the Applicant should return to India.
