On hearing the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing all the respondents to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner lastly on 3 February 2016 in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within eight weeks as question is of difference in retirement benefits and service benefits of the petitioner .
