1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. He submits that encroachment has been made over the land of the Petitioner. The land of the Petitioner is tribal land.

2] In view of the fact, the Petitioner can move the Authority under the Provisions of Maharashtra Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act, 1974.

3] In case such an application is filed by the Petitioner, the Authority shall consider the said application on its own merits and shall expeditiously take decision upon it after hearing all the parties concerned and following the principles of natural justice. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
