This is an application for intervention by the witnesses in C.R. No. 283 of 2017 dated 25th July 2017 registered with Parksite Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 304(2), 336, 338 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants have prayed that, they may be allowed to assist the Public Prosecutor for opposing the present Criminal Application 1/2

Tandale 14-I.A.-01-2020 in B.A.-2505-2019.odt for bail preferred by the applicant herein.

The record indicates that, the applicant has already impleaded first informant Shri. Lalchand J. Ramchandani as respondent No.3 in the Bail Application who has been represented by an Advocate. However, as the applicants are desirous for assisting the learned A.P.P. in opposing the Bail Application and in the interest of justice, the applicants are permitted to assist the learned A.P.P. at the time of hearing of Bail Application No. 2505 of 2019.
