Though earlier the present application for bail during pendency of appeal was directed to be taken before another Bench which had earlier rejected the earlier bail application, today the matter is again brought before the Court. Now at this stage learned Counsel for the applicant / appellant stated that he wants to withdraw the application for bail during pendency of appeal and further prayed that the appeal may be posted for final hearing. The paper book is already prepared. As such, present application for bail /suspension of sentence is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of. Appeal be taken for final hearing on 10th September, 2015.
