The application seeks stay to the operation of notice dated 10th March 2010 and seeks injunction against respondent from demolishing the disputed structure.

After the disposal of the suit, the respondent has demolished the structure in dispute. The applicant has already filed an application seeking reconstruction of the structure. 3.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application. The interim application is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
