This petition takes an exception to the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akkalkot, Dist: Solapur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 393 of 2018 thereby issuing notice to the petitioners, which was made returnable on 19.11.2018. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners caused appearance before the said Court. 3.

Since the proceedings are not yet decided by the learned Magistrate, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is premature in as much as the petitioners have only taken exception to the notice issued by the said Court.
