1] The rejection of the objections filed by the petitioner to the inclusion of the name of delegates of the respondent No.4 society in the list of voters for participating in the ensuing election to the respondent No.1 bank which is rejected by the Returning Officer, is taken exception to by way of the above petition. The objection was raised on the ground that the delegate is an employee of the respondent No.1 bank. The said disqualification is under by-law 18(6) which is for an employee contesting the elections and not for voting. Hence, insofar as the objection to the inclusion of the name of the delegate in the voters' list is concerned, the authorities below have rightly rejected the said objection. Hence, no case for interference is made out. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. ( R.M.SAVANT, J.)
