The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that notice dated 22/3/2018 has been issued by MHADA to vacate the suit premises within seven days. The learned counsel submits that appeal is pending before the Hon'ble Minister. The learned counsel prays for adinterim relief. 2.

The petitioner may press his interim application in the appeal, which according to the petitioner is pending before the Hon'ble Minister.

For a period of two weeks, status quo as on today shall be maintained by the respondents.
