It is an application for condonation of nine days delay occurred in fling the revision against the impugned

Rane 2/2 IA-1158-2020-SR.10 9.12.2021 order dated 5th November, 2019. Although, the application is opposed by Mr. Garg, I am satisfed that the applicant was prevented by suffcient cause from preferring an application within the permissible period.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of accordingly.
