Both learned counsel agree that the suit which is the subject matter of this petition i.e. Suit No.1049 of 2022 pending before the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai can be directed to be disposed of within a period of four months. In that eventuality, learned counsel for the Petitioners is not pressing this petition. Her request is that the direction be issued to decide the suit on its own merit.
