Heard. By this petition, the Petitioners are seeking direction to the Respondent-Corporation to issue individual tax bills in respect of the premises occupied by them in the building known as Pitru Ashirwad situated at Opposite Upper Kopar Station, Near Kana Sadan, Kopar Road, Dombivali (West). Having taken instructions from the officer concerned, Mr. Rao, learned counsel for the RespondentCorporation makes a statement that individual tax bills are already issued to the Petitioners only.

In the light of the statement made above, grievance raised in the writ petition no more survive. Therefore, writ petition is disposed of.
