Mr.Gujar, learned counsel for Applicants/Petitioners submitted that, the legal heirs of said Respondent No.7 are already on record, being Respondent Nos.1 to 6 & 8. He therefore seeks leave to delete Respondent No.7 from the array of Respondents.

Learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 6 & 8 to 11 so also learned A.G.P. appearing for Respondent No.12 have no objection in allowing the application.
