This petition challenges the order dated 8th January, 2015 by which the Family Court, Mumbai adjourned the application of the petitioner for revival of the quantum of interim maintenance awarded, to the final hearing of the main petition. Mr. Kadam, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent states that the main petition now stands disposed off. Ms. Jalan, does not dispute the position. In that circumstance, the petition has become infructous. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
