Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri, Mumbai, from CR Nos.101 of 2016 and 286 of 2016 registered with Andheri Police Station, Mumbai. She further on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner has been released from jail on bail on 31st January 2019 in pursuance of Order passed by the Sessions Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai in Sessions Case No. 338 of 2016. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
