This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased petitioner no.3, Raghunath Dnyanu Patil who died on 20/12/2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

(A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) which reads thus: Mohite 1/2

201 caw999-13 "(a) That the delay of 1 year and 16 days in filing the Civil Application may kindly be condoned;

(b) That the abatement of the Writ Petition against the petitioner no.3 be set aside.

(c) That the names of legal heirs and representatives of the deceased petitioner no.3 be permitted to be brought on record and the cause title of the Writ Petition and Civil Application No.625 of 2011 and 626 of 2011 be permitted to be amended accordingly."

(B) Applicant to carry out amendment within three weeks from today.

(C) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
