Mr.Arjunwadkar, Learned counsel for the Petitioner upon instructions from the Petitioner Bank submits that at the time of filing of the petition i.e. in the year 2011 the Petitioner Bank was a Bank registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960. In the course of pendency of this petition, the Petitioner/Bank has acquired the status of Multi State Scheduled Bank and, therefore, the proper remedy would be under 84 of the said Act. The written instructions are taken on record and marked as Article 'X' for identification. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice and further liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Time spent in prosecuting the present petitions shall be considered by the respective Court. Petitions are disposed of. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.)
