By this civil application, the applicants seek deletion of the appellant no.3 and for his transposition as respondent no.9. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the appellant no.3 has already filed a separate appeal impugning the same order which is subject matter of Appeal from Order (St) No. 34345 of 2014. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the Appeal from Order shall be served upon the other respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs.
