As the office file is not traceable, the Registry is directed to reconstruct the criminal application. It is seen that the instant application is registered on the basis of a communication sent by the under trial prisoner from jail. The said communication is to the effect that the Presiding Officer of the Sessions Court at Khed, Rajguru Nagar, is bias against the applicant/under trial prisoner. He has, therefore, avk 1/2

13-APPLN-191-2017.doc requested this court to transfer the sessions case arising out of Crime No.131 of 2015 to some other court.

In pursuant to the order of this court, a communication dated 18th June 2018 is received from District Judge - 1, Additional Sessions Judge, Khed, Rajguru Nagar, Pune, informing the fact that the Presiding Officer against whom the applicant/under trial prisoner had grievance, has been transferred in the Annual General Transfer of 2017-18.

In this view of the matter, grievance of the present applicant does not survive.

The application is, therefore, disposed of accordingly. (A. M. BADAR, J.) avk 2/2
