This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No. 65 of 2017 registered with Adgaon Police Station, Nashik, for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 306, 498-A, 406, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, wherein the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are accused. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (A).
