The vacation access of the child and the birthday access of the child has to be at present decided.

It is agreed between the parties that the birthday access shall be availed by the father from 10 am on 5th May, 2015 to 2 pm on 6th May, 2015. It is also agreed between the parties that the vacation access shall be from 13th May, 2015 to 24th May, 2015. It is further agreed between the parties that in lieu of the first Saturday where the father will not take access because the child would be in Munnar with the mother, the father shall get access from 9th June, 2015 to 11th June, 2015.

The father insists upon a further access on father's day which falls on Sunday, 21st June, 2015. Since the father would avail

jsn CAW No.956_2015 of the fortnightly access on Saturday 20th June, 2015, he shall drop the child to 'Barista' at 8.30 am for the child to be taken to the swimming classes by his mother.

It is hoped that hereafter a proper parenting plan shall be prepared for the forthcoming years. The father shall give a draft plan to the mother and to Court.
