This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. 2 of 2013 registered with Chembur Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to allow the application.

The applicant in ABA No. 1103 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as the respondent no.

2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the
