This is an Application for temporary bail on the ground of the marriage of the sister of the Applicant, which is scheduled on 19 April 2022.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application as the Applicant intends to approach the learned Sessions Judge for temporary bail on the same ground.

Needless to mention that if any such Application is filed seeking temporary bail on the ground of the marriage of the sister of the Applicant, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, on its own merits and in accordance with law and without being influenced by the withdrawal of the present Application.
