Not only the prayers are non-specific but there no State instrumentality is joined and the Respondents are joined in private capacity. Such Petition cannot be entertained. The learned Counsel for the Respondents states that even otherwise there is no merit in the Petition and the Petitioner has an alternate remedy. Be that as it may, since such Petition as filed cannot be entertained, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
