Though the petition is listed for orders for clerical compliance, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the writ petition itself does not survive any more. He submits that, at the time of admission the amount deposited by the Petitioners have been withdrawn and the amount involved is not of substantial nature and the expenses that will be incurred to recover this amount, even if the Petitioners succeed in the petition, will far exceed the amount involved. Therefore, he does not wish to press the petition any further.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. ( N. M. JAMDAR, J. )
