The only application before us is for directions to the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC") to decide the Petitioners' appeal in a time-bound manner.

We are unable to make such an order. The AGRC has a large number of matters, and it first deals on a priority basis with appeals from eviction notices. We can at best only request the AGRC to take up the matter as soon as possible, but we can fix no time. 3.

No further orders are possible in this Petition. The Petitioner society seeks the removal of the Developer and challenges the 27th June 2023

The Writ Petition is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
