Petitioner's own case is that he was prevented from signing muster roll from June-1998. The Petitioner has not produced on record any documents to show that he was working till 15th June, 2011. Apart from it, there is no explanation as to why he waited to file appeal for five years. It is also not the case of the Petitioner that his appointment was approved by the Education Officer. 4.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The Petition is dismissed.
