Mr. Kaushal Udeshi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners challenges the order dated 17th February 2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra whereby the prayer for waiving of statutory six months waiting period was rejected. 2.

Pending this Petition, the Family Court has passed an order dated 26th June, 2023 dissolving the marriage of parties by a decree of divorce on the basis of the Consent Terms filed by the parties. In these circumstances, nothing survives in the present matter and the matter is disposed of.
