Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Thakare, learned Senior Advocate for respondent No.1 and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for modification of the condition No.(c) imposed on the applicant by an order dated 25.01.2023 passed by this Court while enlarging the applicant on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now the applicant is posted in the area of Navi Mumbai. 1/2

The application is opposed by Mr. Thakare, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent No.1-CBI.

However, for the reasons mentioned in the application for the present I am inclined to partly allow the application. Clause (c) stands modified. The applicant shall remain within the area of State of Maharashtra till the trial is concluded and shall not leave the State of Maharashtra without permission of the competent Court.

Interim application is disposed of.
