1] This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety. 2] By an Order dated 28.2.2017 passed by this Court, the applicant was directed to be enlarged on provisional cash bail of Rs.1,00,000/- and during three weeks the applicant should furnish solvent sureties to the satisfaction of the Special Court. 3] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already submitted documents of surety for verification and the same is under process. She submitted that it may take two weeks to comply with the procedure. 4] In view of the above, the period to furnish solvent surety is hereby extended by three weeks from today.
