This Writ Petition has been filed for the limited purpose of seeking a direction against the Respondent No.1 - The Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Konkan Division, Thane, to hear and decide the complaint filed by the Petitioner before it on 18th December 2017. This complaint can be found at page 115 of the paperbook. 2.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, we dispose off the same by directing the Respondent No.1 to VRD

WP5128.18.sxw dispose of the complaint filed by the Petitioner on 18th December 2017 as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 21st December 2018. Needless to clarify that the complaint shall be decided by Respondent No.1 after giving a hearing to the Petitioner as well as Smt Shalu Arjun Baijal, who is Respondent No.2 in the complaint. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
