This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 349 days in preferring the application for setting aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the respondent. Learned counsel for the legal heirs of the deceased-respondent submits that the legal heirs are already brought on record in the civil application filed by them for withdrawal of the amount. In view thereof, this application is allowed. 2.

The applicants to carry out the necessary amendments in the appeal memo to bring the legal heirs of the respondents on record within two weeks from the date of this order, otherwise this application will stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court. 3.
