A detailed order was passed on 05th July, 2022. It was observed by this Court that in view of the statement made in the affidavit-in-reply that Respondent - Municipal Corporation passed an order whereby the extended construction is regularized, the challenge raised in the petition no more survives. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of the said fact of regularization, therefore, he would seek instructions from the petitioner. Accordingly petition was adjourned. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the extended construction is regularized, as such, nothing survives in the petition. In view of this fact, the petition is disposed of.
