This petition challenges order dated 1st March 2023 passed by respondent no. 1. Perusal of the petition indicates that the said order is already challenged before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies by way of Revision Application No. 46 of 2023. Since the alternative remedy is already adopted and revision application is pending, I do not see any reason to entertain this petition. 2.

Hence, petition is dismissed.
