2. A praceipe dated 29.11.2022 is taken on record. Order dated 23.11.2022 has been appended to the praecipe. The operative part of the order reads as under:- "ORDER

1. Non-Applicant to pay short levy of stamp duty of Rs.6,50,00,000/- (Rs. Six Crore Fifty Lakh Only).

2. Non-Applicant is not liable for penalty.

3. Non-Applicant to deposit Rs. 6,50,00,000/- (Rs. Six Crore Fifty Lakh Only) within 10 days of receipt of this order.

4. Joint District Registrar (Class 1) and Collector of Stamps, Thane City, Thane to certify document on payment as above."

3. Mr. Godbole submitted that Petitioner has accepted the levy of stamp duty payable by them to the extent as mentioned in the operative part of the order as above.
